Question: Will we include the Christmas collection in the report? Tammy believes Cindy does include the Christmas collection in the report. Fr. According to Judy Wisniewski the Caring Fund Investment Account is doing good.

St. Ann Catholic Church Report: Fr. Gary reported that St. Anns is $600 short of meeting their CSMA Goal, should we take this amount of the general account. This item was tabled.
St. Ann Catholic Church Unpaid Bills: Correction: First item should read Nov/Dec Insurance Stipend Fr. Gary. St. Andrew Catholic School Budget vs. Actual: FY-2019-2020, FY20 P&L (July-November,2019): Under budget due to less students than what was budgeted for. At this time the Finance Council will rely on the new School Board to work with the budget.
St. Andrew Catholic School Unpaid Bills: These bills are outstanding, no money at this time to pay ($20,000). Hoping for Empower payment to be made soon. Baker & Sons Plumbing Bill-boys bathroom drain-Question-why didnt we used local. Kelly will look into it. After discussion about the outstanding bills to be approve to pay the bills as money comes in, Kelly Crabtree proposed to borrow the money ($20,000) from the School Building Fund and pay all outstanding bills now, then reimburse the building fund. Bill Schwartz made a motion, seconded by Linda Kranawetter to pay St Andrew Catholic School bills from money borrowed from the School Building Fund. A voice vote was recorded as followed: Aye All, Nay None. Suggestionto try to advertise more about Pre-School. Chris Lamport and Kaye Carr are in charge of school budget. Cindy Holt is concerned about budget and salaries.
St. Joseph, Willisville: Profit share of closing St. Elizabethno procedure on how this is to be done but the papers from the Diocese at the time of closing stated all monies, boundaries for St. Elizabeth will be turn over to St. Anns which included expenses that had to be paid.
Wilma Purcell Plaque: The plaque has been placed in back of church.
Missals for St. Ann: Dennis Korando asked if they could be sent to his house. Tammy will look in to it.
Funeral Visitation in Church: The Pastoral Council talked about this item. They agreed that videos, displays should be in the Annex instead of in front of church. As far as the cost of cleanup, they refer this back to the Finance Council. The problem with the Annex, no one goes there. At the last funeral the displays of pictures were in back of church as you enter, plenty of room to look at them then proceed to the front. It was decided that videos or picture displays will be done in the Annex or vestibule, not in the sanctuary. The amount to charge for the use of the church for visitation was tabled until Fr. Gary finds out if other churches charge for visitation.
With no further business, Bill Schwartz made a motion, seconded by Linda Kranawetter to adjourned. The meeting was adjourned with prayer at 5:55 pm.
Next Meeting: The next meeting will be a joint meeting with the School Board and Pastoral Council. This meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2020 at 5 pm in the basement of the Plum Street Building (Knights of Columbus).
Respectfully submitted by,
Christina Crabtree, Secretary
