St. Andrew Catholic Church Profit & Loss Budget vs Actual, July 2018 through June 2019: (Report as of 3/27/19) No answer to why the last line of the report shows 1,745.09% of budget. Fr. Gary reported a donation of $5,000 was received to help with the cost of the steeple and a check for $1,000 to go towards purchasing Mega Raffle tickets with instructions to give the tickets to someone else. His donation purchased 20 tickets which were given out but his name was put on two tickets. Fr. Gary did send a thank you and inform him that his donation purchased 20 tickets. The $5,000 was deposited into the Cornerstone Account until the end of the fiscal year. Since Tammys hours were increase and qualified her for health insurance, which was not budgeted for, it is possible the donation will be needed to offset the budget. A decision about the donation will be made at the end of the fiscal year. Cornerstone has been able to pay the monthly payment to the Cemetery for the money borrowed for the steeple repair.

St. Andrew Catholic Church Unpaid Bills: CSMA-Diocesan Collection Bill: amount of checks written to St. Andrew Church; checks written directly to CSMA are mailed directly to the Diocese. Committee Reports:
School:
> No trespassing Signs: Ms. Martin would like to have no trespassing signs posted on the pavilion and
cook shed. She has recently had to clean graffiti off the playground and the buildings. Parking Lot: the
parking lot blacktop is turning to gravel due to underground water seeping to the top.
> Classroom lock: the first-grade classroom lock does not work. Ms. Martin will contact Darin Fager.
> Minimum Wage: the changeto the minimum wage law will eventually affect the budget for the school.
> Tuition Increase: board has beenworking on the tuition for next year. Options are to increase tuition $250, increase the tuition $250 along with avolunteer fee that could be reduce by volunteering for different functions at the school, or just imposing a fee
and not raising tuition. Several things that will affect the budget are an increase in health insurance and the
Diocese is mandating a new computer program that allows parents to check their childs progress, assignments,
etc., which will cost more than the one the school uses at the present time. Question: If they are mandating this
new system is the Diocese paying for it. Answer: NO. This new system gives the Diocese oversite.
> Enrollment: at this time pre-school has 27, last year it was 11.
> Intruder Drill: was held Wednesday morning with the intruder entering the church during Mass. Several questions were brought up about having the drill during Mass. Ms. Martin is meeting with the police chief in the morning.

and requires $300,000 in liability insurance.
> Lawn mowing: the mowing was put out for bids which resulted in a savings of $200 a month. This person also is interested in doing other maintenance for the church after he retires. He has the equipment to repair the steeple and bell tower.
