Other suggestions for Lent included Eucharistic Adoration prior to Mass.

Cindy will send an email and a letter to all parishioners that will include Lenten schedules and activities.

New Business:

Elections:  Elections for new parish council members will be held before April. Cindy will put an ad in the bulletin for anyone interested in being on the council. There are four positions open. Terms are expiring for Cindy Canning, Jennifer Craig, Linda Bunselmeyer, and Kevin Junk. Everyone was encouraged to recruit someone, and bring names for nominees to next months meeting.

New cards in pews: The council will review this topic at the next meeting.

Visitor Welcome Cards: Bill will work on these cards and will discuss again next month.

Monitor in Church: There is no money for this project at this time.

Phone number notification: Bill reported that this is not a feasible option at the time due to maintenance, liability and cost. Communication will continue through Facebook and the parish website.
